Job summary

NATURAL HEALING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support HQ and multiple outlets in Singapore. You will perform routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with external contractors to keep facilities running smoothly.

The role requires good problem‑solving and time management, physical fitness for manual tasks, and a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license. Flexibility for weekends or overtime may be needed occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment and common areas to ensure proper upkeep, cleanliness, functionality and safety.
• Coordinate and oversee repair, servicing and preventive maintenance works at HQ office and multiple outlets.
• Source, liaise, coordinate and communicate with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure all servicing and inspections are carried out according to operational requirements.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, supplies and spare parts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required occasionally.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve facility-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Source, liaise, coordinate and communicate well with external contractors, vendors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure all servicing and inspections are carried out according to operational requirements.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections and equipment servicing.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of maintenance tools, supplies and spare parts.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, or overtime when required occasionally.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
• Carry out any other ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
