Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a contract-based maintenance specialist to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned clusters in Singapore. The role involves coordinating fault response, monitoring service delivery, and supporting incident investigations.

Fixed cluster assignment with a 2-year contract. The candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering or related field, at least 3 years of facilities management experience, and familiarity with CMMS systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or Building Services.
• Minimum 3 years relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience with MSD System Integrator accreditation or supporting security systems in protected facilities preferred.
• Experience managing contractors, incident reporting, root cause analysis, work proposal preparation, asset inventory management and use of CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Coordinate fault response and service recovery activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery.
• Conduct site inspections and condition assessments.
• Prepare maintenance reports and operational updates.
• Support emergency response and incident investigations.
• Develop scope and technical inputs for work proposals.
• Manage maintenance records, inventories and asset data.
• Support statutory inspections and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in mobilisation and transition activities.
