Job summary

IET PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations of our premises in Singapore. You will ensure all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) run smoothly, and manage external vendors to deliver quality service while maintaining compliance.

You will also support leasing administration, keep licenses and contracts up to date, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities operations management.
• Familiarity with vendor management and coordination.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and maintain building systems.
• Coordinate external vendors to ensure service quality and compliance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues.
• Support leasing and tenancy administration, including contract documentation and renewals.
• Ensure licenses and service contracts are up to date.
• Respond promptly to operational issues or emergencies.
• Experience in vendor management and coordination.
• Familiarity with leasing or contract administration is an advantage.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
