Job summary

Mandate of Manpower Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager responsible for maintenance and operations of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, and for leading a team to meet targets.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with contractors, implement energy efficiency and smart building initiatives, ensure safety compliance, and drive system performance through data analytics and predictive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in engineering or related field.
• 3 years of facilities management or building engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of BMS, IoT, and smart building technologies.
• Knowledge of ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance for building systems.
• Manage staff resources and achieve targets.
• Lead projects for smart building upgrades and energy improvements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain documentation and records of inspections and maintenance.
• Prepare reports on building performance, energy use, and compliance.
