Job summary

JONES LANG LASALLE PROPERTY CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a seasoned Facilities Management leader to oversee onsite FM teams and ensure delivery of maintenance, M&E, and cleaning services in line with contractual commitments and budgets.

You will manage vendor contracts, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure seamless daily operations of the client’s property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in property operations.
• Minimum 7 years FM experience in building operations or property management.
• Strong technical background with M&E systems and maintenance scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and maintenance of facilities including M&E, housekeeping, and site upkeep.
• Monitor budgets, invoices, and annual maintenance plans with stakeholders.
• Lead vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance audits.
• Coordinate with client and HR for trainings and performance reviews.
• Prepare monthly reports and contribute to KDAs and client reviews.
• Ensure compliance with safety, wage laws, and company policies.
