The National University of Singapore seeks a senior facilities project manager to jointly drive project management and operations within the School of Computing. You will coordinate lab renovations, A&A, and fit-out works across wet labs, dry labs, cleanrooms and general spaces, planning from inception to handover.

You will manage safety compliance, space planning, procurement support, and event logistics, while coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher preferred in facilities/project management, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of facilities or building management experience with project works.
• Hands-on lab project exposure in wet/dry labs or cleanrooms is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of M&E systems, space/venue management, and fire safety.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic AutoCAD; familiar with planning tools.
• Willing to standby and after-hours work when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare or update basic floor plans and lab layouts using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Co-manage facility projects (renovations, A&A, infrastructure upgrades) for labs and spaces.
• Plan and deliver projects end-to-end (scope, schedule, budget, risks) with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, fire code compliance, lab requirements and building regulations.
• Provide day-to-day building facilities support and coordinate maintenance with CAM AE and contractors.
• Administer door access, tickets/requests, and oversee event operations.
