Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Executive to manage day-to-day facilities and security across our office and warehouse sites. You will lead multi-site projects including new fittings, relocations and site migrations while championing sustainability and maintaining high-quality facilities documentation.

We require a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management (or related field) and 2–3 years of facilities management experience.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering, or a related discipline.
GMAP, GMAAP, GMFM or similar certifications are advantageous.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs for key infrastructure systems across multiple sites.
Lead A&A, refurbishment, fitting-out, relocation and site migration projects.
Ensure documentation for contracts, tender specs and regulatory compliance is thorough and up-to-date.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, QHSE and sustainability teams to improve facilities performance.
Oversee service providers and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
Maintain safety, building codes and regulatory compliance across sites in Singapore.
