Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced on-site property management professional to act as PIC for building operations.

You will develop SOPs, advise the Building Owner on optimal maintenance and manage incident response with CERT team alignment. The role requires 7+ years in facilities or data centre management and relevant certifications. The candidate will lead maintenance planning, coordinate with Contractors, and ensure compliance with Singapore standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent.
• At least seven (7) years of relevant experience in managing similar facilities and data centre facilities, with three (3) years managerial roles.
• Compulsory certification: bizSAFE Level 2.
• CERT training / WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency.
• WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as overall on-site PIC for property management services under this Building.
• Develop guidelines / SOPs and advise Building Owner with options and best resolution based on requirements and site circumstances.
• Manage incident control, response activation and timely reporting / escalation.
• Represent the Building Owner as Site Main Controller (SMC) under CERT team setup.
• Liaise with Contractors’ management to ensure safety compliance.
