Job summary

ADVANCER IFM PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned facilities leader to act as on-site person-in-charge for building management across data centre-type environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical & Air-Conditioning Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in facilities/data centre management with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Certifications: bizSAFE Level 2, CERT training/WSQ Respond to Fire & HazMat Emergency, WSQ Implement Incident Management Processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site person-in-charge for property management services for the building.
• Oversee operations, develop SOPs and advise Building Owner on options and resolutions.
• Manage incident response, escalation, and report timely updates.
• Serve as Site Main Controller under CERT team setup.
• Represent Building Owner in Contractors' management and safety compliance.
• Direct maintenance and upgrades including HT/LT power shutdowns, genset tests, and defect closure.
• Advise on maintenance regimes and ensure regulatory compliance for licenses and authorities.
• Prepare and monitor annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets.
• Liaise with Users, customers and Contractors.
