Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a facilities and IT operations role at our Singapore location.

You will monitor UPS, PDUs, cooling and fire systems, conduct environmental checks and coordinate vendor maintenance. The job covers security, access control, CCTV, and basic IT operations support with incident response. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in IT or related field, with at least 4 years in facilities or data centre operations, and familiarity with ITIL

Qualifications

Diploma/degree in IT engineering or related discipline.
Min. 4 years of facilities management or infrastructure operations experience.
Experience in government/public-sector environments is highly preferred.
Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, physical security and compliance.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain critical facilities infrastructure including UPS, PDUs, cooling and fire suppression.
Perform environmental checks for temperature, humidity and water leakage.
Coordinate vendors for maintenance and infrastructure issue resolution.
Maintain facility readiness, cable management and cleanliness.
Manage access control, CCTV, visitor access and security records.
Support basic IT operations, monitoring, incidents and backups.
Assist with user access and change management activities.
Maintain infrastructure layouts, asset records and maintenance logs.
Prepare regular operational and incident reports.
