Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a facilities technician to provide first-level technical support and hands-on repair and maintenance for our facilities across warehouses, offices, and buildings. The role requires coordinating M&E issues and ensuring safety and operational readiness.

You will liaise with subcontractors, advise on A&A works, prepare reports, and maintain maintenance records. Domestic travel may be required; you must be reachable during office hours and after hours for

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and hands-on assistance for repair and maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot M&E issues and coordinate the necessary rectification works.
• Oversee maintenance activities across warehouses, offices, and buildings to ensure facilities remain safe and operational.
• Liaise with subcontractors on repair, maintenance, and A&A works.
• Follow up closely on facilities requests and ensure timely resolution of issues raised by stakeholders.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to subcontractors when required.
• Support building improvement, alteration, and addition (A&A) works.
• Prepare facilities reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Conduct regular electricity meter readings and maintain proper records.
• Source quotations and assist with vendor coordination for repair and maintenance works.
• Travel domestically when required.
• Remain contactable during office hours and, when necessary, outside office hours for urgent facilities matters.
• Comply with all workplace safety requirements and uphold the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
