Reporting to the Department Head, you will oversee maintenance and support activities across office and production areas. You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate external contractors, support renovation projects, monitor security systems, and handle purchasing documentation to keep

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, face recognition, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate statutory servicing for fire protection systems, air-conditioning units, machinery, and other facility assets.
• Manage external contractors, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, work scheduling, supervision, and completion verification.
• Support office and factory renovation projects, including contractor coordination and project monitoring.
• Liaise with building management on facility operations, renovation approvals, and environmental compliance.
• Assist with office and production floor space planning.
• Handle purchasing documentation, including PRs and POs.
