Job summary

THE HR ECOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Technician to provide 1st level technical support for in-house repairs and facility maintenance across multiple warehouses, offices and buildings. You will liaise with subcontractors and ensure prompt responses to stakeholder needs.

The role requires strong M&E and building skills, willingness to travel between sites, and the ability to work under pressure during office hours or on-call periods. Location: Gul area, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of working experience as Technician in Facility management or related fields.
• Strong hands-on skills in Coldroom, mechanical/electrical works and building care.
• Familiar with handing and taking over premises and facilities.
• Willing to travel across sites (east/west) and adapt to site needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st level technical support for in-house repair and facility maintenance.
• Liaise with subcontractors on repair and maintenance works.
• Ensure prompt support and response to stakeholder requests.
• Troubleshoot M&E issues across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Perform administrative duties including reports, meter readings, and quotations.
