Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Support Technician to provide first-level technical support for repair and maintenance across warehouses, offices and buildings. The role is based at Gul Circle with standard Mon–Fri hours and occasional Saturday work as listed.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, respond to stakeholder requests, troubleshoot M&E issues and prepare reports, meter readings and quotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for repair and maintenance works across warehouses, offices and buildings.
• Coordinate with subcontractors on repair, maintenance and A&A works.
• Respond promptly to stakeholder requests and provide technical support as required.
• Troubleshoot M&E issues and provide technical guidance to subcontractors.
• Handle administrative tasks including reports, electricity meter readings and obtaining quotations.
• Support domestic travel when required and remain contactable outside office hours when necessary.
• Comply with all safety policies, including the Zero Safety Accident and Incident Policy.
