Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd is seeking a facilities maintenance technician to perform maintenance for cranes, machinery, and warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will respond to breakdowns and maintenance requests to keep operations running smoothly.

You will coordinate with contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and provide on-the-job guidance to new technicians on SOPs and work procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance for cranes, machinery, and warehouse equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and corrective actions to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, service calls, and maintenance requests to maintain operational readiness.
• Liaise with contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to new technicians on SOPs and work procedures.

Job description

Liaise with contractors and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns.

Provide guidance and on-the-job support to new technicians on SOPs and work procedures.

Coordinate manpower and resource deployment for assigned facilities.

Provide technical support and standby assistance for emergencies when required.

Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities in good working condition.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department.

Willing to travel overseas for work assignments when required.
