Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Building Executive (Grade A Building) to lead daily building operations and maintenance in Singapore. The role coordinates preventive maintenance, oversees outsourced providers, manages budgets, and ensures safety across common areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in Building Management & Services and proven experience in facilities management, with strong stakeholder liaison and emergency response skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Management & Services or equivalent.
• Experience overseeing building operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of building facilities to ensure a safe, functional environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and coordinate rectification works.
• Manage outsourced service providers including security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and maintenance contractors.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, M&E inspections, and unit fit-out/reinstatement activities.
• Monitor fire protection systems, carry out fire drills, and support emergencies.
• Manage use of common facilities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare and monitor operating and capital expenditure budgets.
• Support contract administration, procurement, and documentation for building operations.
• Liaise with tenants, contractors and regulatory authorities to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Build positive tenant relations and provide after-hours emergency support when required.
