Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Assistant to perform general repairs, assist with room setup for events, and support asset management and inventory tracking. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and routine maintenance of premises, facilities, and equipment.
• Assist with room setup, space arrangements, and preparation for activities and functions.
• Support asset management, including movement, labelling, and inventory tracking.
• Monitor condition and functionality of facilities and equipment, coordinating external maintenance services when required.
• Monitor security and safety systems and respond to incidents and emergencies.
• Support workplace safety, emergency preparedness, and facilities-related initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
