Job summary

Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd invites applications for a facilities assistant at our partner school in Singapore. The role covers cleaning, gardening and basic maintenance to ensure a safe and tidy campus.

You will secure rooms, support events, move furniture, and assist visitors as needed. The contract runs for one year with a Monday–Friday schedule, some Saturdays subject to needs, and a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform cleaning, gardening and basic maintenance.
• Physically fit to move tables and chairs.
• Willing to support school events and ad-hoc duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned rooms daily.
• Check and secure classrooms after school hours.
• Carry out daily gardening and basic ad-hoc repairs.
• Arrange plants for major school functions.
• Provide logistical support for school events (tables and chairs).
• Escort visitors and contractors around premises.
• Escort students to retrieve items when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
