Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a facilities assistant in Singapore to maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices and laboratories, and to provide logistical support for school events and daily activities.

You will lock/unlock spaces, assist with basic maintenance, report faults, conduct daily checks, escort contractors, and help operating the security system. Training is provided, and English communication is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• PSLE certification is preferred.
• At least 1 year of school operations experience.
• Able to understand and communicate in English.
• Candidate records from 1 Jan 2022 to ITQ closing date must be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of classrooms, offices, laboratories and common areas.
• Provide logistical support for school events, meetings and daily activities.
• Lock and unlock classrooms, offices, gates and school facilities.
• Assist with basic facilities maintenance and report faults.
• Conduct daily facility checks and escort contractors/vendors.
• Operate the school security system and perform closing duties.
• Assist with resetting fire alarms and circuit breakers when required (training provided).
• Clean science laboratories and equipment and prepare materials.
• Perform other duties assigned by school management
