Job summary

FAR EAST FACADE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to review tender documents, perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost build-ups for façade systems.

The role involves evaluating supplier quotations and supporting pricing explanations to ensure competitive tender submissions. Fresh graduates are welcome; you will work with a team to meet tender deadlines, develop cost plans, and learn façade construction methods while reading drawings and maintaining meticulous

Qualifications

• A university degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Must have sound numerical awareness and document management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills with ability to meet tender deadlines.
• Willingness to learn façade systems, construction methods and tender procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to identify pricing basis, scope and clarifications.
• Carry out façade quantity take-offs and mark contract scope on plans and elevations.
• Prepare material take-offs and cost build-ups for façade systems.
• Compile rates, tender totals and cost submissions; allocate bill rates.
• Invite and follow up quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; check scope and terms.
