Qualifications

• Experience in facade, curtain wall or window quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of facade systems and construction methods.
• Ability to read and interpret technical facade drawings.

Responsibilities

• Review facade/curtain wall and window drawings to prepare quantity take-offs.
• Prepare cost estimates, BQ, and tender documents for facade and glazing packages.
• Evaluate material costs and subcontractor quotations to secure best deals.
• Negotiate contracts with facade/window subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with architects, site managers, clients and subcontractors on facade matters.
