Aim Recruit Consultancy Pte. Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (façade) in Tuas, Singapore, with 0–2 years of experience. The role involves preparing cost estimates, quantities, tender submissions and cost proposals, reading façade drawings, and coordinating with subcontractors.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a five-and-a-half day workweek. Successful candidates will review drawings, monitor budgets, prepare progress claims and final accounts, and liaise with the project team to

Qualificações

• Diploma/Degree in QS, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience welcomed.
• Must read and interpret architectural, structural and façade shop drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs and Bills of Quantities.
• Review drawings, specifications, tender documents & monitor costs and cost variations.
• Prepare project budget, cost report, cashflow forecast & monitor budgets & reporting cost variations.
• Preparing tender submissions, quotations and cost proposals.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare cost comparisons and assist in subcontractor/supplier selection.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tender submission & assist administer contracts matters.
• Prepare and follow-up on progress claims, payment applications and variation orders.
• Maintain proper records of contractual documents, measurements and cost-related correspondence.
• Preparing and negotiating final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
• Liaise with Project Manager/engineer/consultant/subcontractors/suppliers on quantity/cost-matters.
• Identify discrepancies between drawings, specifications and contract documents.
