Job summary

AVA GLOBAL MAINTENANCE SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead cost planning, tendering, and contract management on complex facade projects in Singapore.

You will prepare detailed estimates, Bills of Quantities, and ensure financial targets are met through effective risk assessment and cost control. Senior candidates will mentor junior QS, while others receive comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in QS/CM/CE.
• Senior roles require 5+ years construction QS exp.
• Facade construction experience essential.
• Read and interpret facade/structural drawings.
• Proficiency in QS software (Cubicost, AutoCAD)

Responsibilities

• Cost planning & estimation for projects.
• Oversee or assist with budget estimation, cost planning, cash flow forecasting, and final accounts.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities based on drawings and project requirements.
• Negotiate and manage main/subcontracts; handle variation orders and disputes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and consultants to keep projects financially viable.
