Job summary

AVA GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, quantity take-offs, tendering and contract administration for façade projects.

Fresh graduates with strong drawing interpretation skills are welcome. You will review drawings, prepare estimates, budgets and cash flow forecasts, and assist in tender submissions and subcontractor selections. The role requires reading façade/shop drawings and knowledge of measurement software; training will

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
Fresh graduates welcome; strong drawing interpretation skills required.
Basic knowledge of quantity take-off, measurement and cost estimation.
Knowledge of Singapore construction tendering procedures and contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, material take-offs and Bills of Quantities based on drawings.
Review project drawings, specs and tender documents for accurate measurements and costs.
Assist in budgeting, cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
Assist in tender submissions and supplier/subcontractor quotations.
