CITIWALL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our façade division.

You will manage commercial aspects of projects from tender through final account, collaborating with project managers, procurement, consultants, clients and subcontractors to keep projects within budget and quality standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor level or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related construction field.
• Experience in façade, aluminium, curtain wall, glazing or building envelope is advantageous.
• Familiarity with construction contracts, tendering and cost management.
• Able to read architectural, structural and shop drawings.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office; CAD tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs from drawings.
• Assist in tender submissions and cost estimates for façade packages.
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors; evaluate costs.
• Conduct value engineering and cost optimisation exercises.
• Manage commercial and contractual aspects of façade projects.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor costs against budgets and identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare and certify progress payments and final accounts.
• Review documents and manage commercial risks across projects.
