Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs, claims, procurement and subcontractor coordination.

You will oversee progress claims, variations, final accounts and EOT support, and prepare project reports using OA and SAP for updates. The role requires meticulous contract administration and liaison with stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and minimum 4 years of relevant experience are required.

• Manage project costs, including the preparation and submission of progress claims and variation claims to monitor project milestones and scope changes.
• Handle procurement activities by sourcing contractors and suppliers, and review subcontractor payment claims to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• Administer contracts and final accounts, including contract review, preparation of final account documentation, and coordination with subcontractors on related matters.
• Support claims and delay management by assisting in the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims, variation claims, and cost adjustment documentation.
• Prepare reports and attend project meetings, utilizing internal systems such as OA and SAP for progress monitoring and project updates.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time.
