Job summary

pni builders singapore pte. ltd. seeks a senior Façade Supervisor to manage all façade-related works on our projects in Singapore.

You will supervise site teams, coordinate with architects, consultants, main contractors and suppliers, and ensure installation meets drawings and specs. The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in façade, strong knowledge of systems and materials, and proven leadership to drive safety, quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in façade, building or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, installation methods, materials and construction processes.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Good understanding of shop drawings, technical specifications, QA/QC and site coordination.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to identify and resolve technical and site issues independently.
• Good planning, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of BIM is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety and project delivery.
