Job summary

SWIFT ENGINEERS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Architectural/Facade Supervisor to oversee installation works, ensure compliance with specifications, safety and environmental regulations.

You will review and coordinate architectural shop drawings, identify M&E/structural-architectural discrepancies with the site team, and liaise with consultants for inspections and RFIs. The role requires a Civil/Structural degree, PE B / IES recognition, AutoCAD and MS Office skills, and 2–5 years

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is required.
• PEB Board or IES recognition is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• 2–5 years of construction industry experience.
• Able to work at construction site and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Architectural / Facade installation works and ensure compliance with specs, safety and environment rules.
• Review, update, coordinate and generate Architectural shop drawings.
• Identify discrepancies between M&E, Structural and Architectural works with the site team.
• Attend meetings with relevant parties for progress, technical and quality matters.
• Coordinate inspections by Consultants and authorities.
• Assist to Architectural RTO / BCA inspection.
• Plan and schedule Architectural / facade installation progress.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications.
• Liaise with Consultants for RFIs and RFAs.
• Assist Project Manager in resolving drawing and site issues.
• Handle technical problems and provide solutions.
• Site management and supervising at site.
