Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Eng or Building Technology.
• 2–4 years as Site/Project Engineer in construction, facade focus preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and reading facade drawings.
• Familiar with local codes, CONQUAS/Quality Mark, facade testing.
• MS Project or Primavera plus MS Office proficiency; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Technical Coordination: translate specs and drawings into executable site works.
• Time & Progress Planning: assist in master program, micro-schedules, targets.
• Procurement & Cost Support: assist in quotations, take-offs, VO verifications.
• Quality Control & Site Coordination: coordinate inspection schedules and investigate issues.
• Safety & Site Support: help formulate risk assessments and attend progress meetings.
