Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a capable Civil Engineer professional to lead site coordination for architectural projects in Singapore. You will oversee trades, manage shop drawings, MOS, and materials, and ensure strict adherence to contractual and design specifications.

Your role includes planning, coordinating with disciplines, and supervising site safety. Requirements include a Civil Engineering qualification, BIM/AutoCAD familiarity, and at least three years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline recognized by PE board.
• Certifications in structural/architectural disciplines (e.g., NCCS, BCSS, Safety, Lifting) are preferred.
• Minimum of three years of relevant work experience.
• Solid understanding of architectural specifications and BIM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site coordination with all trades involved.
• Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials, and MOS.
• Ensure work aligns with contractual agreements and design specs.
• Plan architectural works and micro-schedule with other disciplines.
• Liaise effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Implement and maintain the QC plan with QA Department.
• Procure and monitor architectural materials.
• Conduct inspections and material testing.
• Ensure tiles and walls follow the setting out plan.
• Attend subcontractor meetings and ensure TOP checklist compliance.
• Update progress using scheduling tools.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
