Qualifications

Diploma or degree in architectural or mechanical engineering.
2 years' facade related experience preferred.
Able to handle multiple projects at any time.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Proactive with good interpersonal & communication skills.
Team player with initiative and responsibility to finish work on time.
Able to start work with short notice.
Singaporeans / PR preferred.

Responsibilities

Drafting engineering and architectural façade shop drawings.
Prepare detail drawings and fabrication drawings.
Liaise with consultants, main contractor and site personnel to execute works.
Software knowledge: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Revit.
