Job summary

SG Facade Engineering Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Facade Engineer to lead design development and ensure technical compliance for innovative building envelopes. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction, delivering cost-effective, high-quality solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of facade design experience, proficiency in CAD and Revit, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facade, curtain wall, or cladding design.
• Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize facade designs from concept to detailed shop and fabrication drawings using CAD and Revit software
• Ensure all designs meet building codes, regulations, and industry standards, incorporating building physics, thermal performance, and structural integrity considerations
• Collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, clients, and project stakeholders to resolve design and technical issues
• Select materials, finishes, and construction methods balancing functionality, quality, and cost-efficiency
• Prepare, submit, and track design documentation and shop drawings to secure client approvals
• Monitor project schedules and provide on-site support to resolve construction-related issues
• Create visual proposals and design presentations to communicate concepts and solutions to stakeholders
