Job summary

AVA Global Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a design-oriented professional to support façade design projects. You will coordinate design tasks, draft plans, and meet with clients and consultants to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

The role requires a minimum diploma in Building Construction and 2 years of design experience, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You will collaborate with a team and contribute to project execution, while aiming for process improvements and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma of related studies in Building Construction Industry.
• Must have at least 2 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade.
• Must be experienced in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling.
• Shop drawing, MTO and cutting list.

Responsibilities

• Take instructions from superiors (Design Manager, Project Manager) and execute tasks with motivation.
• Design, draft, and meet with clients and consultants.
• Execute tasks with effective design methodologies for applications.
• Motivate the team to accomplish delegated tasks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Instruction taking from Superiors; Design Manager, Project Manager, etc and execute tasks with motivation;
• To design, draft, and meeting with clients & consultants;
• To execute task with contribution of effective methodologies in designs of applications;
• To motivated the team responsibly to accomplish the delegated task;

Requirements

• Min. Diploma of related studies in Building Construction Industry;
• Must with at least 2 years of working experience in design, preferably in façade trade;
• Must be experienced in AutoCAD drafting and Revit modelling;
• Shop drawing, MTO and cutting list
• Strong learning attitude with "never give-up" spirit;
• Preferably with possession of a Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle;
• Preferably Singaporean to apply.
