TONGZHENG BUILDING STRUCTURE AND FACADE SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a talented Façade Design Engineer in Singapore to drive façade design from concept to shop drawings, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project standards.

The role requires experience in curtain wall systems and proficiency with leading façade design software, enabling effective collaboration with clients, architects and suppliers throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of façade design experience in curtain wall, façade, glazing, or building envelope.
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems and related building envelope components.
Familiarity with Singapore building regulations and façade design standards.
Proficiency in façade design software (Revit, BIM modelling, SolidWorks, Rhino, Grasshopper).

Responsibilities

Develop façade design solutions from concept through construction documentation.
Prepare façade engineering calculations, analyses, and design reports.
Produce and review façade shop, fabrication, installation, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams on design matters.
Attend design coordination meetings and manage RFIs and technical submissions.
Ensure façade designs comply with project specs and Singapore regulations.
