Job summary

ACHIEVE CAREER CONSULTANT PTE LTD represents an established A1 Main Contractor delivering large-scale building projects in Singapore. They are seeking an Architecture Lead to oversee facade design coordination, technical submissions and site execution.

The role requires leading facade works from design development through construction, coordinating with architects, facade consultants, structural engineers, M&E teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with project

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field.
• Experience in facade design, engineering, coordination or construction.
• Experience with curtain wall, aluminium cladding, glazing, precast, GRC, metal cladding or other facade systems.
• Knowledge of facade detailing and installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate facade works from design development through construction and completion.
• Coordinate with architects, facade consultants, structural engineers, M&E teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review facade drawings, shop drawings, material submissions, samples and technical proposals.
• Ensure facade design and installation comply with project specifications, statutory requirements and quality standards.
• Coordinate facade interfaces with architectural, structural and M&E works to minimise clashes and construction issues.
• Monitor facade installation progress, workmanship and quality on site.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate testing, mock-ups and performance requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical, design and site issues relating to facade works.
• Review method statements, inspection plans and technical submissions from facade subcontractors.
• Monitor facade programme, materials and manpower to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Coordinate with specialist facade contractors and suppliers on procurement and installation matters.
• Support the Project Manager / Design Manager in resolving facade-related issues and achieving project objectives.

Our client is an established A1 Main Contractor delivering large-scale building projects in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced Architecture Lead to oversee facade design coordination, technical submissions and site execution.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, Construction or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in facade design, engineering, coordination or construction.
• Experience with curtain wall, aluminium cladding, glazing, precast, GRC, metal cladding or other facade systems.
• Strong knowledge of facade detailing, construction methods and installation processes.
• Experience coordinating with facade consultants, architects and specialist contractors.
• Good understanding of Singapore building regulations and relevant facade requirements.
• Strong technical, coordination and problem-solving skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Depending on project (HQ / South / North)
• Working hours: 5 Days
• Salary: up to S$7,500 and Bonus (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
