Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background.
• Team leadership experience is an advantage.
• Independent contributor with a data-driven mindset and strong self-starting ability.
• Able to relate to a demographically diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to technicians in daily operational functions.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve fab automation milestones (short and long term).
• Streamlines wafer management to support daily fab operations.
• Coordinates with Production Control & Planning for wafer-starts administration.
• Manages development of manufacturing peripherals to ensure quality of hardware components.
• Leads improvement projects related to wafer containers for cost reduction.
• Promotes Workplace Safety and 5S in the Fab.
