Job summary

You will drive 5S, Lean, Six Sigma initiatives, mentor a team, and coordinate with Production Control, Planning, and cross-functional groups to prevent disruptions. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving, strong communication, and a safety-first culture to sustain high productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor and wafer fabrication manufacturing.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams preferred.
• Knowledge of continuous-improvement principles and quality tools such as 5S, 8D, and Poka-Yoke.
• Independent, proactive, data-driven problem solving with strong communication.
• Able to work with diverse teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Supervisors in daily manufacturing operations within the Fab.
• Streamline control wafer management to support and sustain daily Fab operations.
• Collaborate with Production Control and Planning teams for wafer-start administration.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing peripherals to achieve quality excellence.
• Lead continuous-improvement and cost-reduction projects related to wafer containers.
• Manage team resources and materials to prevent production disruptions.
• Oversee wafer-scrap administration and KPI tracking.
• Drive operational efficiency through 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve daily manufacturing performance.
• Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture in the Fab.
