Marina Bay Sands is seeking a Supervisor to support the Management team in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure restaurant operations run smoothly and customer service standards are upheld. You will lead a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders and Hosts, stepping in as needed in absence of management.
In this role you will foster teamwork, monitor service quality and efficiency, and ensure compliance with cash handling and hygiene standards.
