Job summary

C1EA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced café supervisor to oversee daily operations, train new staff, and ensure high-quality beverages are prepared consistently. The role involves making coffee and tea, creating drinks, and managing complaints alongside the manager.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in the same trade, be able to work long hours, and be comfortable with night shifts to support after-hours service and staff coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe/coffee shop operations is essential.
• Ability to train new staff and oversee daily operations.
• Proficiency in making coffee and tea and creating drinks.
• Willingness to work long hours and night shifts.
• Capable of handling customer complaints with supervisor/manager support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the coffee shop and assist supervisor and manager with any complaints.
• Train new staff and ensure high service standards.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other drinks with consistency and creativity.
• Manage daily operations and ensure budget adherence for daily goods.
• Work long hours including night shifts as required.
