Job summary

Fortuna is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations at 7 Craig Road / Fortuna. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth operation as the new outlet launches.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience in hospitality, familiarity with POS systems, and is flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position is full-time and based on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role in F&B or hospitality.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support F&B service staff during daily operations
• Ensure high-quality service standards and guest satisfaction
• Assist in training, scheduling, and evaluating team members
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing when needed
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Support management in implementing service improvements
• Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reports
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
• Uphold brand standards and promote a positive work environment
