Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a capable F&B Associate to operate the assigned outlets in a busy venue near MacRitchie, Singapore. You will manage customer relations, upsell and ensure smooth service during long shifts.

With at least 1 year of related industry experience and a degree, you will create cocktails, pair drinks with food, and uphold food hygiene standards while delivering timely reports in uniform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in related industry.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and long hours.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate the F&B outlets assigned.
• Uplift customer relations and handle complaints promptly.
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Upsell to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Oversee cash and stock control according to SOPs.
• Create interesting cocktails and innovate in preparation and presentation.
• Understand bar and beverage control.
• Pair food with drinks and make recommendations accordingly.
• Any ad hoc duties as required
• Report on time, in proper uniform and grooming standard.
