Job summary

RYO GLOBAL in Singapore is seeking a frontend hospitality team member to warmly greet guests, recommend signature dishes, and accurately take orders using our POS system.

You will support dining-floor operations, assist with table settings and basic housekeeping, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure food is served hot and fresh. Multilingual abilities are a plus, and weekend/public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Ability to interact with guests in a warm, professional manner.

Responsibilities

Your Role & Responsibilities

As the face of our brand, you will:

• Deliver Excellence: Warmly greet guests, recommend our signature dishes, and take orders accurately via our POS system.

What We Are Looking For

• Attitude: A "can-do" spirit, friendly personality, and a willingness to learn.
• Language: Proficient in English (Ability to speak a second language like Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil is a plus for guest interaction).
• Commitment: Able to work shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
