Marché Singapore, operated under Lagardère Travel Retail Singapore Pte Ltd, invites you to join a dynamic team delivering warm hospitality and quality food in a marketplace-style setting.

You will greet guests, handle orders and payments, assist with food and beverage support, and maintain a clean, safe dining area while learning menu items and upselling seasonal items. Growth paths include Senior Crew and Supervisor roles, with a supportive leadership culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B/retail/hospitality is an advantage; trainings will be provided.
• Positive attitude, good communication, customer-focused, and a team player.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, guide them through our concept, and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Operate POS accurately, process payments, and handle vouchers & membership redemptions.
• Assist with counter service, food plating, beverage preparation, and restocking as trained.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, maintain dining and counter areas to hygiene standards.
• Learn menu items, ingredients, and upsell specials and seasonal items confidently.
• Follow NEA and company SOPs for food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety.
• Support teammates during peak hours, coordinate with kitchen and bar, and help with opening/closing duties.
• Uphold Marché’s service culture, grooming standards, and professional conduct.
