Job summary

HTP ONE PTE. LTD. is seeking friendly hospitality staff to join our team in Singapore. You will greet guests, lead them to seats and provide attentive service to ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, recommending items, handling orders efficiently, and monitoring the quality of food and beverages. You must be a team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and lead guests to their seats.
• Serve food and beverages according to guests' orders efficiently.
• Assist in table set-up and proper handling of equipment.
• Monitor the quality of all food and beverage items served.
• Present the menu, make recommendations and push restaurant sales.
• Attend to guest complaints and refer issues to supervisor for immediate service recovery.
