Job summary

Koufu Pte Ltd is seeking an Outlet Drink Stall Operations professional to ensure smooth daily operation of the drink stall within the food court or coffee shop. You will handle customer orders, payments, and maintain high service standards while following SOPs.

You will manage inventory using FIFO, monitor perishables, coordinate with Maintenance for hygiene, and assist in achieving sales targets and rental income.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure smooth operation of the Drink stall within the food court or coffeeshop.
• Manage transactions with customers’ orders using cash registers / POS systems.
• Collect payments whether in cash, credit card, coupon, Net card, cashless payment, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Follow SOPs and workflows when preparing and serving food and beverage items at assigned counters.
• Ensure product wastage is controlled to meet GP targets.
• Drive sales through upselling and cost control.
• Develop new products and drive sales performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan ordering using the e-PR system.
• Conduct monthly stock-takes and enforce FIFO.
• Understudy F&B supervisor on staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
• Involve in creating in-house products.
