Job summary

The role requires at least 8 years in operation management within a reputable F&B chain (5+ outlets). Diploma in business/marketing/management, strong MS Office skills, and proven people leadership are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple outlets to achieve company objectives.
• Ensure outlets adhere to food safety, quality, service and cleanliness per SOPs.
• Review outlets metrics and identify improvements for daily operations efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between HQ and outlets for clear directives.
• Oversee stock ordering, duty rosters, sales deposits and admin tasks.
• Address customer feedback and drive service recovery.
• Mentor and motivate outlet teams toward service excellence.
• Recruit and interview for new team members as needed.
• Identify training needs and opportunities for staff development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive work environment and address policy queries.
• Report on changes in the outlet trade environment.
