Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a well-known Singaporean food brand operating since 1986 with multiple outlets, including Jewel Changi Airport. The role reports to the General Manager and provides support across business operations, administration, project coordination and selected PA duties.

It offers broad exposure to day-to-day operations, stakeholders and process improvements in a growing F&B business.

Qualificações

• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations, Engineering or relevant field.
• Candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong logical and analytical thinking with the ability to assess a situation.
• Responsible and organised with good attention to detail.
• Able to follow up on tasks and see them through to completion.
• Proactive and resourceful with the ability to find practical solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced SME.
• F&B experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage General Manager's calendar, meetings, appointments and outlet visits.
• Arrange meetings and coordinate schedules with internal and external parties.
• Take meeting notes, simple minutes, and follow up on action items and projects.
• Assist with preparation of documents, presentations, reports and other materials.
• Handle confidential and administrative matters on behalf of GM.
• Monitor day-to-day operations of outlets and office.
• Follow up on operational matters raised by outlets, staff, suppliers and vendors.
• Identify problems, verify facts, and develop practical solutions.
• Highlight unusual issues and delays to management.
• Ensure tasks and projects are completed within timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone and online platforms.
• Coordinate with outlet teams to investigate and resolve customer-related matters.
• Assist with general administrative work and correspondence.
• Prepare operational and business reports for management review.
• Collect and organise information to support analysis and decisions.
• Conduct market and regulatory research when required.
• Assist GM with new projects and SOP development.
• Track project timelines and deliverables.
• Support stakeholders and maintain relationships across teams.
• Represent the company professionally in communications.
• Assist in issuing SOPs, processes and systems improvements.
