Job summary

HOKI 150 PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to manage daily F&B operations. Responsibilities include supervising and preparing meals per system, food prep, serving according to guidelines, and enforcing health and safety standards. Weekend and public holiday work is required.

The role also covers cashier duties, stock management, ordering ingredients, and leading staff with monthly or fortnightly scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate POS reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in cashiering and serving customers.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lead and schedule staff monthly or fortnightly.

Responsibilities

• Operate Cashier machine.
• Serve customers and take orders.
• Pack cooked food.
• Keep track of stock and replenish when low.
• Order food ingredients.
• Clean stalls and maintain hygiene.
• Work weekends and public holidays.
• Manage staff and scheduling monthly/fortnightly.
• Organize prep work to complete within the day.
• Generate sales reports from POS data.
• Ensure food safety and work safety guidelines.
• Multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Lead and supervise team members.
• Take payments and deposit cash as required.
• Ensure orders are correct and delivered at service point.
