Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a F&B Operations Manager for our Somerset location. This role covers front-of-house operations, staff management, and daily restaurant oversight, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences.

Working days are 5 with a 10am–10pm shift, on-site, with breakfast and lunch provided. Salary ranges from SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000, plus service fee distribution, based on rosters and performance.

Qualifications

• Front-of-House operations experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards.
• Knowledge of local regulations (SFA/NEA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience.
• Coordinate staff duty rosters, attendance, and training.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations and kitchen coordination.
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site.
• Enforce company policies and code of conduct; escalate issues as needed.

Job Description:

A. Front-of-House Operations

• Oversee FOH service flow and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with all service SOPs
• Act as first-level handler for customer complaints
• Supervise staff grooming, conduct, and service standards
• Ensure proper execution of opening and closing procedures

B. Staff Management

• Prepare FOH duty rosters and manpower allocation
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and discipline
• Conduct on-the-job training for FOH staff
• Provide probation feedback and performance observations

C. Daily Operations

• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations
• Coordinate service timing with kitchen operations
• Support service operations personally during peak hours
• Maintain table turnover efficiency
• Supervise takeaway and delivery workflow on-site

D. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with SFA / NEA regulations
• Enforce Company policies and code of conduct
• Escalate operational issues promptly
