Job summary

NABAO PTE. LTD. is seeking a permanent, full-time F&B Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure service and food quality, and maintain standards. You will plan staff schedules, deploy the team, and supervise training to boost productivity.

The role requires coordinating purchasing, inventory control, and handling customer feedback while ensuring hygiene, safety, and licensing compliance. Shift work and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant F&B operations or management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience with inventory control and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage outlet.
• Ensure service quality, food quality and operational standards.
• Plan staff schedules and deploy team members.
• Train, guide and evaluate employees for productivity.
• Monitor sales, costs, stock levels and wastage.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplier matters.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, licensing and company procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and suggest improvements.
